Default adding a fan to th eside of my case.

I'm adding an exhaust fan to my case as my graphics card's exhaust goes into a confined area and its keeping my hard drives at above 120 Fahrenheit at all times. the fan I just purchased (It came today) linky has a 4 pin connector. are there any converters that give me 3 pin power and another 3 pin connector for rpm? I dont want to cut it.

thanks,

You can find them online for cheap. I'm surprised your fan didn't come with one.
