Gran Turismo 5: Prologue Thread

So who all has picked this up? How do you like it?

I just picked it up this past Saturday. The game is great, however it really does make itself blatantly obvious you just paid for a demo. With that small tidbit aside, I am having a good time with it. I'd quite honestly rather play GT4, but its still nice to at least have the option to play GT5 before its official release.

What do you guys think of it?

Nice graphic and car's.

No damage, bad collisions, not challenging for me

I like it, but I do think there is a lot missing. I mean the first thing I wanted was to play my own custom music while I played, but that's not there. Upgrades, changing paint colors, would be nice. I'd love the ability to put my own custom textures on it if it were possible. I sure hope they can put that all into the full GT5

And thats why you paid $40 for a teaser of what to expect next year with the full release

Glad I decided to save my 39.99 for something else....like paying a kid 40 bucks to drink a glass of Alf's urine.

I know I payed $40 for a half finished game, but it is a lot better than most games I pay full price on. Nice sense of speed, good graphics, best racing game I have played.

nah the game is worth 40 bucks. Its a good game. Its just the content is very lacking in places i don't believe they should have. They could have easily had more content and chose to not. I still don't regret my purchase though.

i played a bunch of races today and I already like it more than Forza2 and PGR4...cant wait for the final release..I dont know if I would spend 40 bucks on this demo though...but if they are not keep releasing updates for it, I would say its well worth it!!!!

this game won't take long at all to finish. I'm almost done with it already and I really haven't played it much.
