GTA is on PC too (except this one).

Besides that, I don't care how its sales are. I own a PS3, and would still own a 360 if I didn't have to send it in for repairs every other week, that and selling the Wii for $100 profit one year after buying it.

No, I have just had the unfortunate pleasure of arguing with ones of its devs.

Very immature and disrespectful person.

I wonder how that actually went... Maybe you told them their game sucks and MoD:A is awesome. :P Maybe YOU were immature and disrespectful to those devs?

My good friend lives few blocks from Rockstar North and he knows a bunch of them and they're nice and friendly. They hang out and play pong during lunch time. I haven't met them but I take his words since he works in game industry.

Will I play it? ... Yes.

Will I do it in real life? ... No.

Will I dream about doing it in real life? ... No.

No, actually he referred to Christians as "tight-_____" even though I had said nothing of my faith in Christ. He thought nothing of it to mock Christianity.

I'm a tech junky. I don’t really likes games that much (well i did fall in love with pokemon but that was along time ago now......) I just love looking at the graphics and how they chose to use lighting and so on, Like when i first saw bump mapping on my GForce 2 I just couldn’t get over it, it was the best looking thing I had ever seen and so that’s why I like GTA, Its an impressive use of technology,

(I do like call of duty 4 and CS:S actually their just top quality MP games.)

I reserved a copy of GTA4. I'm going to pretend the pedestrians are AMD employees and their little fangirls that roam internet forums. Ho's will be my source of water. Cops will be my creatine.

I agree with the first comments in this thread, but not because the game is violent, but because rockstar has gone from "trying to make a game" to "trying to replicate life".

Seriously this new GTA is like an alpha version of life. I liked GTA because it was like an open-world action game, where you could do whatever you wanted in order to achieve your goal, but now it seems like they've tried to make it more of a combination between "Second Life" and previous GTAs, if that makes any sense.

Are you from Scotland? I have a friend of a friend who is on the dev team and he's a really cool guy.

In GTA one minute you are in car race, then a dance contest and next helping some hippie burn is weed so the aliens and government doesn't get it.

Regardless I can respect your opinion on not liking the games I just hate the fact some try to make the games out to be murder simulators or make us feel bad for liking them.
Should I be scared that I am agreeing with you more and more?

FPS, the most popular genre here at NVNEWS, is all about NON STOP MURDER. You kill everyone and anything that moves for the most part. In GTA at least you have the racing, minigames, etc like you mentioned in addition to the killing.

And remember kids: prostitution is MUCH worse than mass murder.
