Well, when you think about it, how much extra performance does it yield in-game? Don't C2D/C2Q top games out at about 3.0GHz or so? Of course, we will all still do it, but just an interesting fact.

Seems like with this bench, SLI is huge and CPU is not so much.

I get P7506 with a CPU score 1/4 of what you quad core folks typically get.

SLI'd 8800 GTS's give me 9312 GPU though, which seems to make all the difference.

I also got H5284.

Does this mean that in the future, SLI will be more important? meh...

I see your point. I get some decent performance gains in FSX but Crysis, for example, doesn't seem to even care that my CPU has a 1.2GHz overclock. Meh, kind of pisses me off that I didn't go with a SLI board. Oh well.

I'm still using the 174.74 drivers, so i'm sure there is more in it yet.
CPu is only at 4.2, so there is more there for sure.
