Futuremark's site is probably getting hammered. It's funny because I looked at the timer last night and it was supposed to be out 1/2 hour ago. Apparently they bumped that up by 5 hours.

Didn't want to pay for it yet, as I'm gonna wait for some patches first. Vantage was a lot shorter than the earlier versions of 3dmark, which presumably has to do with content we can't get our hands on yet(dx10.1 stuff). Looked pretty good, although the first of the only two graphics tests looked almost worse than return to proxycon in 3dmark06. I'm really unimpressed. Installed physX runtime!

My score: CPU - 10850
GPU - 6051

Anyway, this benchmark sucks, I regret paying even $6.95 for it. Crysis integrated benchmark is much better for testing DX10 performance and heating the card. There are 2 simple and short GPU tests, even looking very similar. CPU tests are not worth mentioning (they are nowhere close PCMark Vantage standard).

Score - P5495

CPU - 10625
GPU - 4733

Mind you that is single GPU because of the DX10 crashing issue I have. (Can't run SLI atm in DX10)

The GPU benchmarks were quite a bit longer than previous ones. The first test is about 1:40 and the second 2:40. The cpu tests were both fairly short.

I think it could look cool, but I'll have to try later with Dual GPU's and a higher res. (If I can) This test was done at 1280 x 1024 I'm pretty sure.

Could do with someone doing a test with an unOC'd GPU and another with an OC'd GPU to see if it's at all CPU limited at lower res's. I don't suppose it matters though. It's not like '06 where there only 1 default setting.

The benchmarks errors out for me after finishing the cpu test.

Wern't nVidia gonna release some new drivers for Vantage? I can't see any new ones on their site. There hasn't been any new WHQL drivers this year.
