I'm still playing for now. I finally got my first piece of raid gear for my necro and all I can say is wow just not impressed with the stats on a necro only item. Why would I want lots of + sta +sta regen ect. Give me some + int + magic damage or something. Hell even if it was nothing but +hp it would be better than it is now.

I played all of 8 hours I think. Picked up 2 copies at launch, one for me and one for my GF.

This game has a long way to go before it's a serious contender in MMOs.

Canceled our accounts until that happens or maybe never to be re-opened again.

After 1 week away (in Boracay, PH). I am back. I just leveled last night to Level 40! Stilll I am enjoying this game a lot!!! Even though it's mostly solo questing!

Wow! I have heard that they have a pretty bad customer support before but I never thought it was this bad.

I wanted to open a support ticket with them. Seems like there is no such system only a couple of emails buried inside support pages and not immediately accessible and apparent to the user.

Anyway I have mailed them twice about two different questions I had both of them were replied with auto responses I thought ok like all the other customer supports you will eventually talk with a human being but hell I was wrong. The automated response is THE only response and they shout in it with caps DONT REPLY TO THIS AND DONT ASK FOR MORE! WTF?

Then in that automated response they have listed some frequent problems and their so-called fixes to those problems. One of them is a link to a user created froum post of a game breaking problem which was (probably is) the memory leak issue. They expect you to read one hundred and twenty something pages of user suggestion posts and pick the one you like better.

I also noticed they have a volunteer program where you, a player volunteer to help them. They need to pull their heads out of their collective behinds instead of coming up with such genius ideas.

There is no support in AoC, there is no GM in AoC.I have filed four in-game petitions so far only to get deleted after 4 hours.

Worst suppot EVAR.

I dont know maybe they need to learn a lesson from PlayNC and their fantastic customer support or be less MF greedy and employ a full customer support team.

I'm still playing cause I have nothing better to play lol. I wanted to stay away from EQ1 for good and I get bored of WOW rather fast and as for EQ2 I just don't feel like going through the hassle to level and jump through hoops to join a raiding guild. I get bored in these games if I'm not raiding. Also they need to use more GPU for this game. On average I'm like only using 50% or under for GPU usage.
