I've registered for the war mammoth with my key and I'm set to have early access on the 17th. Will an official link be provided on the 14th for the client download?

You do realize after lvl 20 its just like every other mmo though right? in terms of huge massive open mainly non instanced zones?

I've decided to give it another shot since I feel like they didn't show all it had to offer in the open beta.

Hopefully it's true that the open beta client is having performance issues because of the "debugger" and shader issues.

I have preorder keys in hand but man I'm still REALLY on the fence with this game.I know low levels would be boring with any other MMO, but this one just seems so bland. I'm also not really into the combat as a melee class. The closed beta client runs fine for me, but to be honest I haven't really played it that much, because the game seems so boring.

Yeah I still have my preorder canceled. I'm going to wait a while before I play this game, if ever.

Yeah I'm trying to figure out what I'm feeling about the game so far. I'm kinda feelin icky about getting into another MMO after being "free" for the past year+.

It's a beautiful game, slick, runs well and I'm digging the mature themed Conan feel (like playing the novels!) but I got to lvl 6 last night and quit playing. I'm deciding what that means.

Part of me really wants this to be good and part of me wants to be burnt out so I will walk away.

It seems to be a good game and all, but like you said boring to some degree. After playing so many MMORPG's I am pretty burnt out on these kind of games. I am pretty tired of grinding exp, gold or anything for that matter.

But what concerns me the most is what the usual online PvP type of games turn into after awhile.

I had a WoW relapse the other day after canceling my AoC beta, then canceled my WoW account again. I dunno I think I should just put my foot down and never play an MMORPG again.

I hear ya there! I want to say NO! My wife wants to stop playing them too...yet she and I both are still drawn to them.

I think I'm just going to hold out for Warhammer Online. I still enjoy COD4 and I bought a PS3 a couple months ago so that should keep me off MMOs over the summer. Hey maybe I can see what outside looks for a few months

I really like this game but after playing it last weekend, I think it will be one I play for the solo quest line and then part time for the PVP. I thought it would replace WoW but I now think I will be playing WoW less because of boredom of MMOs.

BTW I have heard from a good many people that Warhammer is not that good. The common word they used was "boring". Not that it was bad but only that it didn't keep their attention.

I've heard similar comments. Maybe we're all just burnt out on MMORPGs.
