I think the GTX 260 are a pretty good deal,you can get one at newegg for $249 plus it has a rebate.It is a PNY so I don't know how good there support is.But all the GTX260's I have seen in reviews that they overclock great,and you could always SLI it it you need more power.$499 for two is not a bad deal.The cheapest GTX280 that I have seen is $419.

Any of you who upgraded to a GTX260 from a 8800GT got anything to say on the difference in noise levels?

I have one of the early 8800GTs with the slightly smaller fan.
Reviews Ive looked at seems to say its noticably louder.
