Hi guys, I am deciding on downgrading my not-so gaming pc to a generic file and multimedia server. 2 things that can go are the E8400 and the 8800GTX on it. I have found the replacement video card in a FX5200 PCI that I had lying around. Now I need to find the cheapest cpu that can fit in a GA P35 D3SL motherboard. Any suggestions???

I was looking at an E2180 for this purpose, but you might make due with less.

for simple file storage for home a celeron will do.
but if you want/need to transcode video on the fly from some exotic video format to be playable on xbox 360 or ps3, then something with more juice would be required.
