Best heatsink to OC Q6600?

What is the absolute best heatsink and fan to aircool a Q6600 to about 3ghz? I would prefer a more quiet approach rather than a fan spinning crazily (e.g. Vantec Tornado).

you might not need it. i use stock cooling on core duo and its still cool. check your temps first

If not i hear nexus zalman or scythe are great quiet coolers. My personal limit is 20dba - 30dba.

I got the Xigmatek because its dirt cheap in comparison, It does well but I wouldn't say its better than whatever, Then again Ive never used a TRUE
