Red face Raven Squad: Operation Hidden Dagger Announced + Screens

This is how FPS's should look like in 2008
Quote:
Set in the near future Raven Squad is a unique blending of RTS and FPS genres, as the game puts you in control of two groups of mercenary squads who crash land behind enemy lines in the Amazonian jungles. It will require tactical planning and a liberal amount of brute force to escape to safety.

Can you say "Crysis killer" ?

Eek...

The RTS\FPS mixture looks interesting, even if the game looks like ass.

Every time I see a screenshot like this I just want to smack the person who took it and didn't enable anisotropic filtering.

It almost looks like they went for a Team Fortress 2 look, and then realized their staff was nowhere near skilled enough to emulate that look so they gave up.
