Looks good to me. if it turns out anything like Oblivion (but with better AI leveling system) , i'll be happy.

Looks like the title is timed exclusive to PCs with a console release in the future. If the game plays like Baldurs Gate 1/2 then I don't see how it would play smoothly on the consoles. Now if it were like The Witcher then possibly.

Ehh didnt they release the original Baldur's Gate on Dreamcast? Not sure how it worked out, but at least theres some precident.

If the action paused for turns, you could easily do BG2 gameplay on consoles, even if you only used crappy analog stick instead of mouse pointing controls (like aim thumbstick pointer down in menu to select something, go up to main screen). It wouldn't play as fast this way, but it's really the only proper way to play the game anyways (turn based with pauses).

Still, I bet this one will be more like Diablo plus Mass Effect cut scenes.

Looks pretty good.

Combat systems like that always look lame in videos though since the characters take turns whacking eachother dozens of times without moving.

Hopefully its fun to play.
