1280x720 probably with low AA and AF. But yea, it is the same.

Sorry to bust your bubble. But most, too all high profile games on PS3 and Xbox 360 run under 1280X720. Consoles FTL edition.

Although MGS4 is one of the best games EVEA!!!!

Can't wait till developers only have to worry about the limits of there imagination, and not hardware.

Alan Wake reminds me a little of Alone in the Dark.

None of the versions are cancelled... yet. If it's a no show at E3 it might be dead.

Not most, but some run at less than 720p. Uncharted is one of the best looking games out there and it runs at 720p with 4xAA. GT5P is the best looking racing game and it runs at nearly 1080p. It's all about how qualified the programmers are.

But nice of you to dis on consoles like that. When you can play a game with the same exact assets on console and PC, PC version FTL...

Hardware will be limiting for many many decades from now. Personally I think it's more likely developers are going to eventually give up on pushing graphics and technology and just make games fun, at least for a long time. When you see the casual games movement, Wii, flash games and all of that, I think the graphics push is nearly finished.

That's a good one, I think if the shots aren't BS and the shadowing is real time that will be a game to push PCs.

I will agree with some of your statements, but PC version never FTL if you have a good PC to run them. Faster Frames Per Second / Higher Resolutions / Smoother gameplay / Better IQ / Better Physics / More effects on screen / More Control options / Price of the same Game cheaper? How is this FTL?
