Vista DX10. I can't make myself vote anything else after seeing DX9 and DX10 of Call of Juarez. However Company of Heroes, while definitely prettier in DX10 doesn't perform quite well enough even on a 8800GTX. Crysis was DX9 as well. CoJ being the latest game I've played with both DX9/DX10 options and me choosing DX10, that's what I'll vote. All DX10 games seem to have far superior lightning and atmosphere + many more small details but worse performance. In those games where you can overcome the performance hit (as CoJ), DX10 is much preferred. People that says there's no difference haven't seen the true difference IMO.

Vista DX10
mainly cause it'll never improve if noone uses it. I think the possibilities are there, it does look better to my eye, just doesn't perform as good generally. |

I prefer Vista DX10 for most games (not Crysis), I play lots of hours at LOTRO with the DX10 client. I also played Lost Planet and Bioshock in DX10 mode, and now I'm playing Devil May Cry in DX10 too (constant 60fps with vsync enabled and high AA)
