I never had any problems playing Mass Effect. Now after installing the patch and downloadable content, I'm having some problems. In some cutscenes, the screen will turn to colors. I can still hear the dialog and can still access the menu but can't play. Reloading doesn't fix the problem, only exiting the game and going back in fixes it. I also changed to the 280 during this time with the 280 official drivers. So dunno if it's the drivers or the patch/DC.

Get the 1.01a patch if you haven't. It was release a few days ago to address bugs created by the 1.01 patch.

Come on guys, he just asked a question, no need to drag this out.
![]() Here is the 1.01a patch. It is the latest version available. http://files.filefront.com/Mass+Effe.../fileinfo.html It might help. More likely though, since its a graphical issue and you changed graphics cards and drivers, its probably a driver issue.
