Looks pretty awesome...I can't wait. Oh, and as a side note, isn't it weird how UE3 games have such a defined look? The minute I looked at the screenshots, I thought, "damn, that's UE3". I looked at the actual text in the thread and lo and behold, it was :P

Powered by Epic's Unreal Engine 3, the over-the-shoulder action and detective game is being created by Rocksteady Studios, developers of Urban Chaos: Riot Response. The title is slated to hit PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2009.
