Default Printing files from My Documents?

When I try to print a word doc from the My Documents folder (using right click -> print), word opens and display this message:

Ambiguous name detected: TmpDDE.

The file is not called TmpDDE?

At first it happened only for one or two files, now it happens for all Word files. Anyway think its more likely a problem with Win 2k or Word 2k, if anyone can help find the problem I would be grateful.

OS = Win2k Pro;
Word = Office 2000;

quick google search:

This problem may be resolved by any of the following methods:

Deleting the TmpDDE macro from the MS Word Global Template (Normal.dot) file.

-or-

Renaming the Microsoft Word Global Template (Normal.dot) file.

Fred, another good source of information for fixing the myriad of MS software issues can be found on their website under support. Check out the MS knowledge base:

I've fixed quite a few problems with information found herein.
