Default Nvidia driver for 6600 gives a black screen after installation

Well I'm totally lost.
Here is my configuration:
Intel Pentium 4 3.0Ghz HT 64bit

Asus P5P800S
Bios: AMI version 1004.001
System bios date: 05/29/05

512MB * 2 Dual channel Kingston

Video card:
Video adapter Nvidia GeForce 6600 AGP
GPU Code name NV43AGP
GPU Bios version:
Video bios date: 05/25/05
Connected to the monitor with DVI

LG Flatron L1760TR
As I mentioned I'm getting a black screen after installing any Nvidia driver. First was Ubuntu 64bit. I tried to use Ubuntu's hardware manager and after reboot black screen. I tried to use Envy's driver the same black screen. And I tried to use official Nvidia driver, it was not able to find something for the kernel so it compiled it and the same black screen.
The I also tried to use Ubuntu 32bit the same problem.
I switched to Fedora x86_64 tried to use Livna's repository driver and after reboot black screen, tried to use FreshRPM's repository and black screen.
During the black screen the monitor do not go off (economic mode or whatever it called when the pc is OFF) and it do not react to any key presses even Num Lock, the LED not going ON after pressing it.

I totally lost and I dont know what to do.
I haven't done any overclock neither to the cpu nor gpu, except of a bios update to the motherboard.

Can any one help me?
