GF8600mGT@Vostro 1500, cannot change resolution

Hi,
I've got a problem to change my resolution from 1280x800 to anyone else on Dell Vostro 1500 with GF 8600mGT and drivers 173.14.12-3.

On "nv" driver everythink(with resolutions) is ok...
Any idea what can be wrong?
