I've always thought that Gamestop was just for consoles, but I saw PC games sold there can be downloaded ala direct2drive, gamersgate. Anybody here bought PC downloadable games there?

I think they use Digital River, which means stay away.
Gamestop is a good place to pre-order games... they usually get them much sooner than other stores IF you preorder. Without odering them though they cary very few if any copies... of anything.

Yea they do but don't debate with them about PC games cuz their console fanboyz their.
They use to be worse until they got their hands on Babbages back in 00. and now EBgames who used to love PC Gamers when they came in to buy stuff. They sell PC games but don't argue with them over it.

Yeah, when I buy PC games there they act like I'm weird for doing so.
That said, I rarely ever buy games there, so it's all good.
