You can "upgrade" your pet anytime (body parts, etc., like in Sims), if you have enough points. Kind of like in RPG games. It also grows by eating. Sounds simple, but it is fun!

Yes, you can remove things (and you even receive points for doing so, so you can rebuild your creature completely).

I called EA support hotline, and they told me multiplayer game cannot be registered till tomorrow, as that is official launch date (at least for EU).

Apparently the Aussie edition isn't the only one who got the national geo dvd removed. Just found out our galactic edition also had this removed.

i think spore is eventually going to be known as one of the most overhyped but nothing special games to have be released

This game is absolutely INCREDIBLE. The Holy Grail!
I do not think I will do much work next few days (weeks, months). Being online is so much different experience, seeing all the creatures people make. I totally love it
