Default GeForce 7150M on slax: Unable to determine the NVIDIA kernel modul

How do I locate and install the correct kernel-source, kernel-headers, or kernel-devel package on slax 6.0.7 or in which file and directory should that information appear, so the kernel module for my graphic driver could be run with NVIDIA-Linux-x86-173.14.12-pkg1.run? The kernel version of slax 6.0.7 is using 2.6.24.5.

Or is there a more simple way to go around the problem without the files for kernel-source, kernel-headers, or kernel-devel package?

I do not include a copy of an nvidia-bug-report.log file as the problem arises outside the X environment when trying to install the graphic driver (In addition for me the startx -- -logverbose 6 command does not work anyway).

I was not able to install Nvidia under Slax 6.0.7 or under minime2007. However, I did under mepis 8.0 beta:

Funny that I did not have any help in the Nvidia forum.
