I tried shaders on Enth. and it was just to much of a performance hit to accept. To be honest I like the look of the Gamer shaders a little bit better and it seems to look great to me(I like it a little brighter anyway) I think I played Crysis on about the same settings so it seems pretty good to me. When all is said and done I will probably go back and play again by tweaking with settings but for now I am just having a blast

I missed a lot of things during my first run.
I'm currently doing my second run through the game, and I just found the cloaked frog in the mine level
I wonder if there's something happening if you find all of them.

I just beat this game as well. Fantastic gameplay and amazing graphics! And as you have mentioned in other threads the performance is much better than the original Crysis.

Finally got around to finishing the last level... it took me a few tries.

Very good game IMO, especially for the $30. Could have been a bit longer, but I didn't miss the VTOL or Alien ship levels from the original at all. Maybe one more section in the jungle would have been good, and 1 more big alien to take down, but w/e. The plot was better in this one, and the cutscenes were actually interesting.

Looked great, fun gameplay, fun weapons, ran pretty well.

8.5/10.

Every time i start the game i get a error message about some .dll file missing! .... i click ok about 10 times, that goes, the game starts(sometimes in windowed mode)i have to press Alt & enter to force the game into full screen, apart from that its fine.

Anybody got any ideas on how to fix any of the above?

The error message (cmdlineextinstaller.exe searching for the dll wsock32) when launching the game is something securom-related. I have the same error with grid.

What is the KPA to alien ratio. I did not like the alien bits at all in crysis. Made what could have been a masterpiece just good. Alien section felt like a on rails shooter. Totally different style of gaming to "hunting" the KPA. Aliens just came into my sights and bang that was it. Where as fighting the KPA was like hunting a tiger or even a velociraptor, fighting the freaking aliens was like hunting buck or ducks. No sport in it all all.

Is there sizeable alien sections similar to Crysis as i felt crysis went down hill after fighting that KPA dictator bloke in the caves.

Cheers
