Default Rendering issues on Ubuntu Intrepid using 177.70 and compiz

Hello,

There is a issue with the 177.70 driver combined with compiz using ubuntu intrepid, where window content is not rendered correctly. The 173 driver does not have this problem.
The problem is that the window content will only get partially rendered, if rendered at all. That is, if i open up a link in a new tab in firefox for instance and switch to this new tab, the content of this tab is not shown. If i move the mouse cursor, items underneath the cursor will show. However, if i click in the window or alt-tab etc, it seems that a re-render is triggered and the window content will show correctly. This problem is not limited to firefox, but not all applications are rendered incorrectly.
A number of people experience this problem as is shown in bug 269904 for ubuntu.
I'll attach the nvidia-bug-report.log and hopefully someone can help out with this issue.

The 177.76 update fixed this problem for me.
