Sounds like a scam. If one wanted to make certain; best way would be to call into their tech support line. Not the one provided from any email, but rather one off Blizzard's official website itself. A tech there might ask for a copy of the email; but it would be more to find out who's impersonating them.

Oh, and it's a good idea to change the password when a scammer asks you don't
