Default quadro cards and fedora

Bonjour,

I know that nvidia Geforce series cards are working well under linux but I can't see in linux driver information, something about Quadro NVS 160M, 256MB With PC-Card.

I am planning to buy a Dell laptop with this card, is there any problem to install fedora 10 with such a card?

Thank you

This card is listed in the supported hardware of 180.51; look here: ftp://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Li...ppendix-a.html

Thanks for this reply.

One more question: is the 177.80 driver mandatory for this card? fedora 10 has only "akmod" rpm for 180.51 driver.

Thanks

I'm not sure I understand: I pointed you to the README of 180.51, so you should be fine
