Hit the little "minus" sign next to "not installed".

Problem solved.

Anyway, I just played a few more rounds of Insurgency. Its an alright game but it just isn't a whole lot of fun at this point. I just got 36/3 kills deaths in one round, and 79/9 in the next and it still just isn't that interesting. I was on defense on one of the attack\defend maps and it just comes down to finding the best spot and waiting for pixels to move so you can pick people off. Which can be cool, but there just isn't enough going on and there isn't any way to switch classes if the server has a lot of people.

I got stuck with an RPG and a pistol for a few rounds and it was retarded. You might as well just sit at the spawn and wait for another class slot to open up because killing someone with a slow moving rocket before someone else picks you off is pretty unlikely.

The guns seem pretty well designed, though it doesn't make much sense to only allow the SKS to reload on an empty magazine. It isn't that hard to load half the rounds off a stripper clip into a magazine, or even load them individually. Hopefully they just did this because they didn't make an animation for loading half a clip yet.

Also, it looks like there are lots of CS players in this game. I was at the top of the score board every time (usually with one 10th the deaths of the next person) because I was using my Red Orchestra tactics and everyone else was running around firing full auto constantly getting mowed down.

The game might get more fun as people learn how to play it. Its pretty much a solo game right now because having more people around you acting like idiots just makes it more likely that you'll catch a stray bullet meant for them.

Someone needs to remake the Scientist Hunt mod for HL2. I still have the original mod installed for HL in steam but its mostly broken because it hasn't been updated in over 7 years and the bots no longer work.

It was SO much fun back in the day. There were different game modes but it was mostly just a deathmatch game with a bunch of respawning scientists (from HL) wandering around the map. You got points for killing them, so you had to compete with other players for scientist kills. The best game mode was the one where scientists could poke you with a needle that would poison you so you had to be careful. There were some really frantic and intense times when you'd be trapped in a room with a dozen scientists closing in on you with their needles.

I really wish someone would remake the mod with some of its original levels for HL2. If I knew how to do it I'd do it myself.

EDIT: LOL here is a gameplay vid of it...

Let me tell you why this mod is horrible: This is a direct port from Zombie Panic, with HL-level graphics. +There are glitches galore where you get stuck. NUFF SAID.
This is NOT worth the download. Hell, downloading the yahoo toolbar > downloading this POS.

Only one I haven't played is synergy. The others are ok, but I just couldn't get into them. Played them many months ago, and the pirate game was good for a laugh.

Insurgency felt like cs with new maps and skins.

I'm going to disagree with you. First, not a direct port. HL level graphics? umm, it's on the orange box source engine with graphics at least as good as HL2. As for the stuck glitches, that was fixed in the latest update. I recommend the download...
