Default will a star burn get nvidia's attention?

I'm getting REALLY tired of a lack of support or even acknowledgement of the problems with 8xxx and 9xxx series onboard chipsets when using Linux. In particular, it's ridiculous that I can't even play Adobe Flash files at 1/2 screen with more than about 10fps and full screen gets maybe 1fps.

Is anyone else here at the point where they're willing to start doing a star burn (lowering the amazon & other site ratings) to all motherboards that include the broken graphics chipsets?

Have you posted any logs or done anything that might help in pinpointing your problem?

I have a laptop with an nvidia 9800 chip and it works incredibly well for me.

From what's been said on here, they tracked the problem down the day before .27 was released, clearly the fix didnt make it in there, but lets wait and see what the next driver gives us.
