Mouse issues are instantly fixed by disabling VSYNC from in-game options.

Yeah, this game rocks. Playing through it again, and it's awesome. Need to play it on impossible.

I do have a question, will this game ever be patched? Not so much for the mouse movement, but for others small quirks. All in all it's a pretty polished game, I'm just suprised there hasn't been a patch that address the binding of the controls etc...

I think I read somewhere the devs claim they left it this way on purpose to "Bring it closer to the xbox experience"..load of hogwash if you ask me.

But yeah, control mapping and the lousy camera are my only complaints. Game is nicely polished and sweet to play otherwise.

Wow this is pretty cool.

I was walking around minding my own business...and 2 of those big claw things were on the other side of the door..so when i opened it..ofcourse they all went AAAAA...so i ran back...door closed..and i noticed that the characters heart beat..was beating really fast and he was breathing hard too..but when i walked away from the door...he started to breath slower and his heart beat slowed...but when i got closed to the door..they all go up....

stuff like that is pretty cool, i like when they put tiny things like that into the game..very sweet ><.

It has six. But, you only get 5 during normal gameplay. When you finish the game, you're given a L6 schematic that can be used on your next playthrough.

I think they're in places that can't be missed. L5 is on Chapter 10 I think. There's a new one every couple of chapters...

you wont miss it if you tried, dont worry. And if you are stingy enough with your spendings, you will be able to afford it right away.

i would just like to mention how awesome it was fighting the "minor" boss fights where you need to "neutralize" the dude with tools from the environment. At first, one is confused how to proceed, but then after several minutes of exploring the level (while fighting him off), it clicks in your head what to do, and you proceed. HL2 had alot of this too i think, kind of thinking on the fly how to beat a certain harder enemy.

Yeah i especially enjoyed the one with the shuttle engine test, looked very cool Even though the game is pretty low res, they've done a great job with the effects.

I don't think you can because the restrictive FOV may be a design choice.
