DDR2 Memory Help!
So anyway I got a new 680i from EVGA and about ready to over clock my 6600Quad but first needed to buy some new ram to replace the old Value junk DDR667. Anyway I have my eyes on these 2 sticks.
 OCZ Platinum 4GB DDR2 1066 Timing 5-5-5-18 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227298 CORSAIR DOMINATOR 4GB DDR2 1066 5-5-5-15 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145197 Just need some help, RAM is something that just recently I have been studying so the timing thing is still getting to me.

In your case i would go with the brand that i trust. 'Corsair' .. and if you bring its timing to 5-5-5-18 the same as OCZ, you might be able to run it at 1100Mhz. lil' above the specified.

1066 isn't necessary for the Q6600 since it isn't likely to go past 3.6Ghz.
As far as the memory, I'd get whatever is cheapest and will give you the FSB you need for the clock speed you want.
