and you play in 1280x1024, very low res for that kind of card, u need 1680 min and higher with a fat cpu to watch games fly.

Agreed. Your CPU is definitely holding you back. The game loves multiple cores and high clock speeds.
You should get a pretty substantial performance boost by lowering a few settings like geometry and shadows. I lowered a few settings on my system and it nearly doubled my framerate in the areas where I wasn't happy with the performance. Your next upgrade should be a decent quad core overclocked to 3Ghz or more. That'd give you a very nice boost, especially in Far Cry 2.

I like how I spent a ton of money for the best rocket launcher and it sucks... sets fire to everything around you when it launches and is almost too powerful to attack anything near you.
