I actually had the same issue. I could not get it to show up for the life of me. Now matter how many times I checked, no matter what I did, I couldn't get it to show up.

I ended up installing a updated version of Windows Update, and then the next time I scanned for updates, everything showed up as it should.

Here's a link to what I'm talking about if you are interested: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932494

The heading of the support document doesn't really apply here, but the end result does.

I just downloaded the installer for the x64 based operating systems and installed it. It installed without any problems.

The normal window came up for installation like it always does for stuff like this, I went through the prompts, and at the end it said that installation was complete.

Before I did this I couldn't even see the stack update. I ended up getting both the stack update and the service pack to show up in WU one after the other after installing this.

Go figure....

installed SP2 on one of my machines for testing.

runned the .bat file, checked WU had a stack update, rebooted, WU had found SP2, download took the longest, install about 20 minutes.

most likelly you will have to uninstall it. sometimes they allow upgrade from beta to RC, or RC to final.

but probably not with this version since it very early version.
