hi i have little problem

was helping a friend the other day we had a program running and want to set the priority to low and the affinity to one core.

All good doing that but when the program is shut down and restarted it is set back to normal and set back to two cores.

Is there any way we could set it so it will stay as we chosse to run the program or not????
