Running latest update of Debian (SID). Kernel 2.4.20. Get random lockups in X and reproducible one when starting the game "cannon smash". This is with the NVidia 4363 driver. Downgrading to 4191 fixes the problem (to a certain extent.. not sure about the random lockups though).
My motherboard is an ASUS A7V8X with Athlon 2200 and 512MB RAM. |

Okay.. I feel silly now.. fixed the problem.. I was overclocking the RAM and using aggressive RAM timings. Changing back to default settings has fixed the problem,
