I'm pretty confident the pc maps will be free, cs:s had them, tf2 had them. L4D cost us twice as much as both of those games so I figure it's pletny overheard for PC users to get free content.

Yeah, but theres a lot more work being put into a L4D map than those games. We can be hopeful though I suppose.

I have. On expert that doesn't count for much still. If I have so many zombies swarming me that I cannot see a thing other than their bodies, just spraying with the auto shotty should knock a fair amount of them off me.

The ballistics are just off in this game occassionally... then again it could be my connection- it's not the greatest.

Like today, I shot a zombie twice in the head with the M16... I know cause it was nearly at point blank and I saw the blood splotches appear where I was aiming... yet their head did not explode and the zombie proceeded to beat on me. *Not* realistic.

But again, this could be due to my poor connection to the servers.

Yes, because in real life when you shoot zombies their heads always fly off?

With an M16, repeated rounds to the knoggin from only a few feet away should still have a substantial exit hole compared to the entrance hole... this does not happen in game.

Unless, you are implying, that a zombies skull is reinforced and capable of taking mulitple .223 rounds to the head nearly point-blank without at least killing the creature flat out? Should to head completely explode that close with that weapon? No, but the zombie shouldn't live to assault me either.
