I do lost in faith of Nvidia after this cheating stuff, but as long as my games works i'll keep it.
Who sleeps with a video card? Anyone? I don't even think it's possible. All of this cheating is just an implication of things that were and can be done by this company. Sure, it may run your games, but not exactly how they portrayed it to run. It's like false advertizing. Buying those products just makes you a victim of their deceit.

This is getting even more exciting than the Seagate and western Digital fanboyz battles in the storage arena.

You'll never be bored with nVidia and Ati around.

HAHAHA, nVidia isn't cheating with my card.

5827 - before patch
5820 - after patch

Ok maybe I'm not gonna be so harsh since it didn't make a huge diff. on my card.

Err..that's not possible.

Are you using an earlier driverset? That is probably why. In that case though..you're still getting screwed. Your card is rendering at a lower precision than it should.

Obviously, something didn't go right in your patching process. This is a CONFIRMED driver cheat on behalf of Nvidia. So EVERYONE should see some sort of major percentile difference. Or am I mistaken?

Does that mean that the nv35 drivers are not "cheated" like the nv30's?

Well, don't look at me. I have always stated that both companies detect certain games through their drivers. That is how they can fix bugs with games where the game developer will not fix the bug themselves.

[conspiracy mode]This makes you wonder what else they are detecting. Like maybe the only program that can 'accurately' capture screenshots on the GFFX? How do we know that the drivers are not detecting this program and applying more FSAA and aniso to give the appearance of higher image quality?[/conspiracy mode]
