Bluetooth keyboard and mouse

I got a dell BT Keyboard and mouse. How do I get the dongle to recognize that at startup instead of me manually disconnecting it and then reconnecting it?

Yea...I seen that, and I'm using 8.10....I got to find out how to get it started at the beginning.
