nvidia driver for Geoforce 2 mx 400 and Conectiva linux

Dear Friends

I[m trying to install ndivia linux driver version 4363 on conectiva 8.0 and i got many erros on compiling

kernel is 2.4.19-1Ucl_13
Mother board is Asus a7s333 with 256 Ram

Also i get same error when compiling the driver on MDK 9.1.

any help

What's the error? Post (or attach, if it's large) /var/log/nvidia-installer.log.
