Bug in nvidia-settings

I have GeForce Go 6100 on my notebook. nvidia-settings tool says that GPUCurrentClockFreqs=425,666 (or 350,666 or 100,666) but there should be 425,0 sine there is no internal memory. The same on the nvidia-settings GUI.
