Never played Cryostasis - I'm hoping it's not a STALKER clone. I LOVED SoC, CS not, and am not even buying CoP.

Thumbs down Re: Metro 2033

Ok, so let me get this straight. The game looks like Stalker, but is less open gameplay wise, has higher requirements to run than Crysis and there won't be a demo?

Yeah, let me run out and buy that!

I'm all for advancing tech and moving gaming along, and I'm sure the PC gamers out there are dying to have a game that isn't just another console port, but there has to be a balance. You want your game to require specs like this game does?...you damn well better produce more than Stalker like graphics, which is all I'm seeing here. Hell, Crysis still looks light years better than this game graphically and it's requirements are quite a bit lower.

But I know you didn't like it

Really looking forward to this game. It all depends on Metro if I'll get 1 or 2 480s in a month
I agree...it just doesn't run well no matter what hardware you use...maybe a couple 480s will do it.

It is a proper PC game I read. The devs said that PC game is been ported to 360. They also said it was made using PS3 architecture but due to business reasons THQ are making it on PC and 360 only.
