Hi, im after some software that can block all internet sites unless i say so. i'd like to put sites i approve of in a list...is it possible?
Im tempted to try open dns but im not so sure it does what i want it to do. The reason being a few people that live with me might go onto a site that might harm my pc in some way and i want to stop that happening! Thanks for any replies. Dai ![]()

I do it through my router. It has selective domain blocking. So I can enter websites I dont' want access to, or enter only the ones they have access to. But your router might not have that feature....I have a Dlink DIR-655 BTW.
Otherwise, do what nekrosoft suggested above ^^^. I've heard great things about k9.
