Default Gateway/MPC Server

I have an embedded NVidia controller doing hardware RAID 1 mirroring on a RHEL 5.2 system. One of the disks died. I replaced it with a new disk (these are 250Gb SATA II/300s, BTW). After I booted up, 'fdisk -l' shows two drives. Is there a document somewhere which will show me how to re-setup the hardware mirroring? Gateway/MPC has ceased operations, so there's no help there. And RHEL support doesn't know.
Thank you
