As a user of well overclocked GTX 260 Core 216 Tri-SLi, I can tell you I can not feel any difference between them being supported by a 3.2GHz I7 920 and one @ 3.96GHz. That's 1280x without filtering and 1920x with filtering. As I said in my last post, I only saw a drop of 5-8FPS @ 1280x with no filtering and we're talking about the 60-80FPS range as well.

Granted the Vdroop isn't working on the Gigabyte boards ATM. But they are very good overclockers. In fact they are one of the most used X58 boards over at Extreme Systems.
