Default HD support in Linux

I have two questions please:

1) Are the additional features of cards like the Geforce 7800 GTX, which has ViVo and HD Encoding supported by the current or beta Linux 64bit drivers ?

2) Is HD acceleration (Purevideo HD) supported for the Geforce 8400 GS using the current/beta Linux 64 drivers ?

thanks in advance
