Why don't you have internet connection while installing drivers?

Your ethernet cards are most certainly connected in runlevel 3.

Have you removed the nvidia repositories as I suggested?

They will cause conflicts as it will keep installing the older drivers.

Ok I've try your way to be sure that I've done everything and remove my nvidia repo. But result is the same. Maybe installation-log will help you :

The driver installed successfully, but you didn't let it configure the xserver.

Can you post your xorg.conf?

After the driver install, let the driver configure the card, don't use sax2.

Yes - innstalation is succesful but when I'm trying to do "sax2 -r -m 0=nvidia" i get error something like : screen is found but without good configuration.

This is xorg.conf for 180.22 http://black.webd.pl/linux/xorg.conf.nvidia-postun
and this is for old driver http://black.webd.pl/linux/xorg.conf

After installation of new driver I've copy old xorg.conf and suprisely X serwer worked. But Mlayer have error and Sax was creating errors too.

Your xorg.conf file is using the nv not the nvidia driver.

Run through the installer, at the very end when it asks if you want to configure the xserver, answer yes.
