3D Stereo Doesnt work With 3 Way SLI or Quad SLI right now... you get a broken form of rendering.

It's in German but the numbers speak for themselves.

The 181.22 driver was used. Unfortunately, they didn't use a i7/X58 system.
Anyway, conclusion is, that the Tri-SLI system is the way to go. It's better optimized, more stable and doesn't run into VRAM limitations. They don't recommend Quad-SLI and Crossfire X (3 or 4 GPUs).
