I'm really surprised how bad the air flow is, as it's a full tower with a very clean install. Going to have to look at getting a front fan installed.

edit...

Idle temps have also dropped with the side off from 55c to 41c, now that's a big difference..
Well added a 120 fan to the base, pulling air from the front with no difference in temps

not sure why the air flow is so bad. I've got
1x 120mm fan in base
1x 120mm fan to rear
and 2 x 120mm fans to top

yet even if I just open the side by about 5deg(hinged to bottom) the temps drop by about 15c.

edit, couple of pics added...

When Artic Cooling comes out with the Accelero XTREME GTX 280 it should cool the GTX 280 and GTX 285 real good.It is a little high but it seem to be a gret cooler.
I have the Cooler Master HAF 932 and it keeps everthing cool ,but I took out the 230mm fan which just puts out 110CFM and replaced it with four Scythe SY1225SL12M 120mm for around 300CFM and it is quiet but cools my video cards a lot better then the one 230mm did.

I'm not too sure what card you have, but I know eVGA designs their cards to run hotter than the other manufacturers. When I called them regarding the 8800GTX in my old system, which idled at about 85C, they said that as their cards are custom designed for performance and as such they run hotter than the reference design. I had initially thought the high temps might have been causing the artifacting and lockups I was experiencing, but they say their cards are designed to run optimally at temps of up to 130C. Seemed quite hot to me, but they designed the card and should know more than I do though.

You may need to turn down your clocks.I just ran the Fur benchmark at 1920x1200 and FSAA set at 8x and the highest my GTX 280 goes to is 61c and I have them overclocked to 690/1512/2500
