Debian and GeForce 4
I've just got Debian 3.0 and I'm having trouble getting X to start. The Debian installation procedure allows me to install the 'nv' drivers, but these do not appear to work (I think they only go up to GeForce 3).
At any rate it appeared the solution would be to install the official NVidia drivers. I have managed to make them compile and install, and have edited my XF86Config-4 file as required. When I try to start X it tells me the driver failed to initialise.
Does anyone know why this would be? I have attached the XF86Config-4 and the log file it is is of any help.
Thanks in advance,
