the game is pretty lenient on the second difficulty settings. The controls are sluggish compared to other fps but yu can romp through on lower difficulty settings. Theres so much going on the screen its amazing the game runs this well.

Kinda OT, but I had to set my tv brightness to 75 to see that helghast image in the brightness settings. I usually had it at 45 otherwise. is that normal? I need to recalibrate my screen again, looks like.

My TV is set just the way I want for absolutely everything else I have (other PS3 games/Blu-ray, HD DVD, digital cable, Wii) so I'm not going to muck around just for one game. I moved the in-game brightness slider all the way up and didn't have any visibility problems.

No you're right. They have like 4 or 5 different layouts. Pretty much covers almost every major fps control scheme. I'm trying to stick with the default one for now since the Alternative ones aren't as nice for using the cover system.

Agreed, doesn't really feel like you're shooting in the game. Also not very fun if you get killed playing online because your finger slid off the button.

Same here, had to raise the brightness close to 80. But it actually appeared after fiddling with the PS3 display settings instead of my TV.

Why would they do something like that? I hope that they fix it. It's clearly not a gamepad problem since other shooters like Haze and Resistance don't suffer from it...

No clue but it could be a bug, rumors say that this is an old build... It's really bad though.
