temps are 44 or 45 at idle and at load max it goes to 70 otherwise stays like 67 or some

i will get the air conditioner to work tomm so i think it will go back to 30s mayb on idle and on load mayb 50-60

Your GPU was running at 63C idle before cable management but now it's running at 45C idle and 70C max. That's a nice improvement from moving a couple of cables around.

I was going to give you a tip about how you can go into your ASUS bios and set your fan profiles but unless your fans are a tad on the noisy side, it really doesn't have to be done.

However, you should give this a good read, from top to bottom, for some outstanding advice on how to control your GPU temps.

ok guys i want to tell u the temps now and wat iam doing

yesterday i added a small 80mm fan to the front of the psu (bottom) to help with air flow(its behind the HDD)

now i have pumped up the speed of my card to about 65% and the resutls are like this

on idle it stays at 47C and when at load it gives me a 55-62C(not beyond this)

now i have yet to use AC as well and i think after using it my temps shld go down by 5C i hope but even if they dont i dont mind

also are these temps good coz i have no idea about temps and u guys cn guide me better

EDIT: also guys i was thinking of buying a 750W corsair psu

so wnana ask will this psu be usefull for atleast 5 yrs and will work on heavy cards like HD4870x2 or sli of 295 gtx

i really was into buying 1000W Coolermaster but every1 on other forum said its a waste and suggested 850W model but iam from india and the importer told me he only has the permissin to import 750W model and no other person can also import this model

so u guys think for my high end system will this psu be able to handle my sli or crossfire needs for future?

The Corsair 750TX is an extremely popular PSU that a lot of people are using with their dual SLI/Crossfire setups. The output of this PSU is:

+3.3V@30A,+5V@28A,+12V@60A,-12V@0.8A,+5VSB@3.0A

The 750TX's single 12 volt rail might, or might not, be sufficient to power a dual gtx295 sli setup but I know it will power a dual gtx260 setup; which imho would be my #1 choice for your rig. So you might end up with an expensive, very heavy, paperweight in the event it won't work with a dual gtx295 sli setup. However, I do know that the Corsair 1000HX PSU is on Nvida's approved PSU list for gtx295 sli's.

Corsair 1000HX output:

+3.3V@30A, +5V30A, +12V1@40A,+12V2@40A -12V@0.8A, +5VSB@3.5A

Nvidia always errors on the cautious side of the equation, so I'd say that it would be a "fairly" safe bet that any PSU that has at least 80A, on the 12v rail(s), should be sufficient to power any SLI setup, provided it's from a respected manufacturer.

Of course the safest bet would be to use a PSU from Nvidia's approved SLI list and in that regard, I can't think of a better PSU then the Corsair 1000HX.

In summary, I'd go with a dual gtx260 sli setup and get the 750TX. That setup should keep you happy for ~ 3 years and save you a fair amount of $'s over a gtx295 sli setup.

Sorry for being so longwinded.

BTW, your temps are fine and once you get your A/C up and running they should be even lower and don't forget, you can always turn the fans speed up.

back to the temps i wanted to ask that after i have switched on the AC the temps are like 40-41 on a fan speed 55% do u guys think i shld keep this much fan speed coz it really helps in lowering the temps to not exceeding 65C when iam gaming with L4D

also are my temps good or shld they be better?

not to sound like an egoistic but i was just searching google and saw this reveiw of HAF 932 and was reading and iam getting better temps i think than they are after my AC is on

The more the merrier I say and if you decided to go for the 1000W it's more future proof so to speak. I got the Corsair 1000W as I said and that PSU is absolute the top, it even beat the pupular 1200W Thermaltake so it's an 1200W PSU in disuise as one reviewer put it

But the Corsair 750W should be more then plenty as the Corsair series is the best one can get!

but will 750 be ok for all single card solutions toll 5 yrs or so?

also tell me wat u think about my temps and is my fan speed ok at 55%?

In the end no one really knows if it will be okey for a card 5 years from now. but it seems like the card form now on will take less watt, atleast thats some story about nVidias future card and I mean sometimes it have to be enough. they cant pumping out hardware that only takes more and more.

Sure a good 750W PSU should be enough for any singel card solution in the upcoming years IMO!

Temps seems fine to me but im no pro so better listening to the other guys who knows, but I think it's all fine
And no it's not a problem to set higher fan speed to the GPU, some guys have it set at MAX = 100%
The only thing that can take damage is your ears but hey you gotta offer something to be on top

Great job on your first DIY build.
I noticed in the pics, your case is sitting on the foldout of your desk. I couldn't see what's supporting the foldout, but I'd hate to have that support fail and your case end up on the floor.
